Chinese Smartphone Manufacturer launched its New Budget Segment Redmi 13C Globally. It comes with decent specs and features at a value-for-money price. This is the cheapest Redmi smartphone that comes with 5G connectivity so far. The main highlight of 13C is the 50 MP primary camera. It is offered in two colours: Stardust Black and Star Shine Green.
Display
Coming to Specs, it sports a 6.74-inch HD IPS LCD Display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The display comes refresh rate of 90Hz and Corning gorilla glass protection. However, it still uses the old Dew Drop notch style at the top of the screen. The display also comes with TÜV Low Blue Light certification and TÜV Flicker-Free certification that helps reduce visual fatigue.
Redmi 13C Performance
For performance, it is powered by the octa-core 12nm Mediatek MT6769Z Helio G85 Processor coupled with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. In terms of storage, it gets up to 256 GB of eMMC 5.1 Internal Memory. It sports up to 8GB of RAM and also has 8GB extra RAM for handling multiple applications & tasks at once. The smartphone runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box.
Camera
For photography, it sports a Dual AI Camera setup at the rear. With a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP Macro Camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 0.08 MP auxiliary lens. At the front, it comes with an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies.

Battery
The 13C packs a 5,000mAh (Typ) Li-Polymer battery which also supports 18W Fast Charging. Also, an 18W charger comes along with the device. Redmi claims it can deliver up to 23 days of standby time, or 23 hours of online video streaming or up to 114 hours of music playback on a single charge.
Connectivity Features
Connectivity options include segments first 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, and Beidou. It also has an infrared sensor for controlling your home appliances and gadgets. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
Redmi 13C Price and Availability
The redmi 3C comes with three storage options globally. A 6GB RAM Variant with 128GB Internal Storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage. And top-of-the-line 8GB RAM with 256Gb Internal Storage option. It comes in four colour options – Midnight Black, Clover Green, Glacier White and Navy Blue. The Redmi 13C is launching in India on 6 December 2023. It will be exclusively available to purchase from the popular e-commerce platform Amazon, Mi Online Store and retail stores. The Prices are likely to start under rs 10,000 in Indian Market.
