Mi Play India Launch Date , Price , Specifications and Features : Xiaomi has launched its new Budget Segment smartphone Mi Play in China. Mi play is the latest smartphone under Xiaomi Play Series range. The smartphone comes with great specs and features at a value for money pricing. The main highlights of the device are MediaTek Helio P35 . 12nm processor with GPU Turbo , 4GB of RAM and FHD+ waterdrop notch display.

Xiaomi Mi Play comes with a 5.84-inch FHD+ Display with Pixel resolution of 2280×1080 pixels. The display is based on 2.5D curved glass display with aspect ratio of 19:9. Coming to the performance , Xiaomi has not yet announced the processor of the device but according to leaks and rumors, it will be powered by upcoming MediaTek Helio P35 12nm processor clocked at 2.3GHz. As far as Storage is concerned , it comes with a 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.
Talking about camera , it comes with a dual rear camera set up. A 12MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, pixel size of 1.25μm and a 2MP secondary camera. The camera of the device also gets LED Flash, PDAF, and EIS support. At the Front there is an 8MP selfie camera for taking great selfies.

The Xiaomi Mi Play is powered by 3,000mAh non-removable battery. The device also comes with Fingerprint sensor placed at the rear side. Connectivity Features includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C port. Dimensions and weight of the smartphone are 147.76×71.89×7.8mm and 150g respectively.

Xiaomi has priced Mi Play at 1099 yuan which translates to Rs. 11,000 approx. for the 4GBRAM and 64GB Internal Storage variant. The smartphone will be available in three color options in Black, Dream Blue, and Twilight Gold color. The device is currently available for pre-order in China. As far as India launch is concerned , there is not a single word by Xiaomi on device Global Availability.
