Xiaomi to launch Entry-level Smartphone Redmi 7A in India in July

Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched its Entry-level smartphone Redmi 7a in May 2019 in China. Now the company is planning to launch the smartphone in India as well and according to leaks and reports, Xiaomi Redmi 7A will launch in India in the Month of July. This upcoming entry-level smartphone from Xiaomi will compete with realme C2 in India.  Xiaomi has already launched Redmi Go which also comes in this segment. But looking at the Specifications and features of Redmi 7A, it is expected to be priced higher than Redmi Go as it offers much better specifications and features.

This upcoming smartphone will replace Redmi 6A launched last year and expected to cost almost the same. The device will come with a 5.45-inch HD+ Display with Resolution of (1440 x 720 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 18:9. According to reports, it will not get Dual rear Cameras and Fingerprint Sensor. As far as the camera is concerned, it is expected to get a Single 13MP Primary Camera with LED flash. There will be a 5MP Front Facing Camera for Taking Selfies.

The main highlight of the Xiaomi Redmi 7A will be its battery, The smartphone is expected to be powered by 4000mAh battery. It will run on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI on top. Coming to the performance, the device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. According to leaks and reports it will get up to 3GB RAM and 64GB Internal Storage options. The smartphone is expected to cost the same as Redmi 6A or the same price as of Realme C2 i.e Rs. 5,999.
