Mi 10 Lite: After so much waiting, Xiaomi finally launched the Mi 10 series at an online event held on 27 March 2020. The Xiaomi Mi 10 series includes three smartphones – Mi 10 Lite, Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. So far, all three smartphones have been launched in the European market. After the lockdown ends, Xiaomi will launch the Mi 10 Series in the Indian market as well. All the devices under Mi 10 Series come with 5G connectivity and offer great specifications and features.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite is the Liter version and the cheapest smartphone of Mi 10 Series. The Mi 10 Lite is the basic version of Mi 10 Series. Offers decent specifications and features. It will compete with Realme X50 5G, Oppo Reno, Upcoming Nokia 8.3 etc mid-budget segment devices in Indian Market. The main highlights of the smartphone are Quad Camera Setup, Snapdragon 765G Processor and True colour Display. It will be available in four colour options Black, Gray, Blue and Alpine White colour from may onwards in Europe. As of now, there is no information regarding its India Availability.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Specifications and Features
Coming to the Specifications and Features. It sports a 6.57-inch AMOLED TrueColor Water-Drop Notch Display. It is a Full HD+ Display with a screen resolution of 2340 X 1080 Pixels and aspect ratio of 19:5:9. The smartphone packs a gradient-finish back panel and 5G support. As far as performance is concerned, Mi 10 Lite is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor coupled with Adreno 620 GPU. In terms of Storage, it gets up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of Internal Storage.
Talking about Camera. The camera is one of the main highlights of Mi 10 Lite. It gets a Quad Camera Setup at the Rear. With a 48MP Primary Sensor with f/1.8 aperture and Pixel Size of 0.8μm. An 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. A 5MP Macro Lens of 1.12μm large pixel size, and f/2.4 aperture. And a 2MP depth sensor with, f/2.4 aperture. At the front, there is a 20MP Front Camera with f/2.5 aperture and 1.0μm pixel size for taking selfies.
Coming to the battery. It gets a 4160mAh Built-in rechargeable battery with USB Type-C reversible connector port. The battery also supports 20W fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Sim, VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type C Port, GPS, GLONASS etc basic connectivity features.

Launch Date and Price in India
The Mi 10 was set to launch in India on March 31. However, the Xiaomi recently postponed the launch event due to the Covid 19 lockdown. We can expect the launch of Mi 10 Series in India in the month of April or After the lockdown ends. As far as price is concerned, The Company has launched the Mi 10 Lite at a price tag of Euros 349 (around Rs. 29,000 approx.) in the European Market. The Price of the smartphone in India is expected to be lower than in Europe. However, the final price will be announced at the time of its India launch.
