Asus has Just launched its New Smartphpone Asus Zenfone Ares in China. The smartphone is currently available only in Taiwan as of Now. Asus Zenfone Ares is a special Smartphone as it Supports Google’s Daydream VR and it is compatible with Daydream View headset. The smatphone is related to Zenfone AR which was lalnched by Asus in July 2017 , which was made to support Google Tango Applications.

Coming to the Specifications and Feaures , Asus Zenfone Ares is powered by a Two Year Old Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset coupled with 8GB RAM and Adreno 530 GPU.The smartphone comes with 128GB internal UFS 2.0 storage which can be further expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card slot present in the Device. It has a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and QHD resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. It also gets an fingerprint scanner which is embedded into the home button present in Front Side of the Device. In addition, the ZenFone Ares includes SonicMaster 3.0 Hi-Res Audio 384 kHz audio decoder for enhanced multimedia experience.
Talking about Camera , it comes with a 23MP sensor with high-res PixelMaster 3.0 lens. The camera boasts of motion tracking and depth sensing to give user an Augmented Reality Experience. At the front, the smartphone gets an 8MP camera front facing camera. It supports DTS Headphone with 7.1 channel as well. Asus Zenfone Ares runs on Android Nougat out of the Box.
Coming to the Battery , The smartphone is powered by a 3,300mAh battery which also supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology. Talking about Connectivity Options , it includes, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack and 4G LTE support.

Asus Zenfone Ares India Launch Date and Price
Asus has not yet disclosed whether the smartphone will be available in India or Not. As this Smartphone special Smartphone as it Supports Google’s Daydream VR and it is compatible with Daydream View headset , we dont think Asus will Launch it in India very soon. Asus Zenfone Ares is priced at TWD 9,999 in Taiwan which is Rs 23,000 approximately.
