After so many leaks and rumours, Samsung has finally launched its New 6Z series smartphones Globally. the New Z series includes two new devices Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6 Smartphones. Apart from this, the company has also launched a new Galaxy Watch Ultra and Buds 3 Pro. The Galaxy Flip and Fold 6 Series now also come with AI features and Samsung’s AI camera technology. Also, the company claims it is the slimmest and lightest Galaxy Z series ever.

Display and Design
Coming to the Specs. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 main display sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic sAMOLED 2X Display with a resolution of 2460 x 1080 pixels and 2600 nits brightness. The Display comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection. It also has a 3.40-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen sub-display ( FlexWindow) as its second display which has a resolution of 720 x 748 pixels. The smartphone runs on OneUI 6.1 based on Android 14.

For photography, It comes with a triple Camera Setup at the rear. With a 50MP AI primary sensor with 2X optical Quality Zoom and ProVisual Engine support, f/1.8 aperture, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. At the front, it has a 12MP Primary Camera with f/2.2 aperture for taking selfies. The AI camera technology optimizes photos by recognizing scenes and objects. It also has a generative edit feature which allows users to move, resize, or delete entire objects from their photos and fill in the background how they want. At the front, it has a 10MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies. However, it has a FlexCam feature through which users can take selfies through the rear camera and use FlexWindow for a hands-free selfie experience.

The company promotes it delivers up to 23 hours of video playback time or up to 68 hours of music playback time on a single charge.

The Z Flip 6 starts at $1,099 in the USA for the 256GB storage variant, while the 512GB storage variant is priced at $1,219. As a launch offer, Samsung is offering the 512GB variant at the price of the 256GB variant, which is $1,099. It comes in seven color options: three online exclusives (Peach, Crafted Black, and White) and four offline colours (Yellow, Mint, Silver Shadow, and Blue). It is already available for sale through Samsung stores, online e-commerce platforms, and offline retail stores.
